Product Overview

Dymax MD® 209-CTH is a multipurpose, UV/Visible light-curable adhesive designed for rapid bonding of flexible and rigid plastics and metals used in catheter and medical device assembly. This high-performance adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm), allowing for easy in-line visual inspection of the bond line.

The material cures in seconds when exposed to Dymax light-curing spot, beam, or flood lamps, enabling faster manufacturing throughput and reduced processing costs. With no added solvents and excellent adhesion to common medical substrates, MD® 209-CTH is an ideal choice for catheter bonding applications.

Fully compliant with ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards and RoHS2 2015/863/EU, this adhesive supports safe, reliable performance in demanding medical environments.
