204-CTH-F | UV Adhesive

Dymax MD® 204-CTH-F is a fast-curing, UV/Visible light-curable adhesive specifically developed for catheter assembly and medical device bonding. It delivers durable, flexible bonds on both rigid and flexible plastics commonly used in the manufacture of balloon catheters, lumens, and electronic sensors. This medical-grade adhesive fluoresces blue under low-intensity black light (365 nm), enabling easy inspection of bond lines during quality control.

Engineered to bond substrates such as polycarbonate, PVC, polyurethane, ABS, PET, and PEBA, MD® 204-CTH-F supports high-speed manufacturing while maintaining precise bond control and long-term reliability. It is solvent-free, low in odor, and fully compliant with RoHS directives.
