Dymax MD® 1405-M-UR-SC is a light-curable adhesive engineered for syringe bonding and other medical device assembly applications. Optimized for curing with LED light at 385 nm or 405 nm, it cures in seconds, enabling faster production cycles and strong, reliable bonds on common medical plastics and metals.
With integrated Encompass® technology, this adhesive features See-Cure® color change for placement confirmation and Ultra-Red® fluorescence for in-line inspection. Its low-viscosity formulation makes it ideal for precision medical manufacturing, especially in tight-tolerance bonding.
Suitable for substrates like polycarbonate, PMMA, ABS, and stainless steel, MD® 1405-M-UR-SC delivers high-quality results while maintaining ISO 10993 biocompatibility.
