215-CTH-SV01-UR-SC | UV Adhesive

Dymax MD® 215-CTH-SV01-UR-SC is a high-performance, LED-curable medical adhesive formulated for bonding challenging catheter components and other next-generation medical device assemblies. Powered by Encompass® Technology, it combines Dymax’s patented See-Cure® and Ultra-Red® technologies for full visual cure confirmation throughout production.

Upon dispensing, the adhesive appears blue, aiding precise placement. Once fully cured under UV/visible light (preferably 385 nm LED), it turns clear—visually verifying cure completion. After curing, it fluoresces bright red under low-intensity black light, making post-cure inspection easy, even on substrates like PVC that naturally fluoresce blue.

Free of solvents and nonreactive until exposed to light, MD® 215-CTH-SV01-UR-SC delivers rapid cure speeds, higher yields, and reduced production costs—ideal for high-throughput medical manufacturing.
