Product Overview

Dymax MD® 215-CTH-LV-UR-SC is a light-curable adhesive designed for catheter manufacturing and other medical device assemblies involving hard-to-bond plastics. Featuring Encompass® Technology, this formulation combines See-Cure® (which changes color from blue to clear upon cure) and Ultra-Red® fluorescing for visual placement and post-cure inspection confidence.

Its fast cure under LED or UV/Visible light enables high-speed processing and superior workflow efficiency. This low-viscosity adhesive forms strong, flexible bonds to substrates making it ideal for balloon bonds, hub-to-lumen joints, and manifold assemblies.

With no solvents added, low odor, and full compliance with ISO 10993 testing standards, MD® 215-CTH-LV-UR-SC is a trusted choice for medical engineers seeking speed, reliability, and biocompatibility in catheter assembly.
