208-CTH-F | UV Adhesive

Dymax MD® 208-CTH-F is a light-curable adhesive engineered for catheter manufacturing and other medical device applications requiring flexible yet durable bonds. This solvent-free formulation cures rapidly under UV/Visible light, offering efficient processing and strong adhesion to commonly used plastics such as PC, PVC, PU, and PEBA.

Blue fluorescing under low-intensity black light (365 nm) makes in-line inspection easy and reliable—ensuring consistent quality in production. Its flexible nature supports dynamic components and stress-bearing joints like balloon-to-lumen or hub-to-lumen assemblies.

Tested to meet ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards and compliant with RoHS 2015/863/EU, MD® 208-CTH-F is a trusted adhesive for safe, high-speed catheter assembly.
