Dymax MD® 203A-CTH-F is a versatile, light-curable adhesive designed specifically for catheter and guidewire assembly. Engineered for rapid bonding under UV/Visible light, it also offers a secondary heat cure—making it ideal for applications with shadowed areas.

With excellent adhesion to both metals and plastics, including stainless steel, Nitinol, PA, and PU, this medical-grade adhesive delivers strong, flexible bonds that can withstand stress and impact. Blue fluorescing properties allow for easy in-line inspection, supporting quality assurance in fast-paced production environments.

Solvent-free and ISO 10993 biocompatible, 203A-CTH-F meets stringent medical device assembly standards while enhancing throughput and reliability.
