Product Overview

Dymax MD® 1181-M is a light-curable, blue-fluorescing adhesive formulated for rapid bonding of metals and plastics commonly used in medical device assembly. Engineered to cure in seconds under UV or visible light—even through UV-blocked substrates—this adhesive enables fast processing, improved throughput, and reduced cycle times.

Ideal for reservoir and transducer bonding, as well as potting applications, MD® 1181-M delivers high bond strength across a range of plastics and stainless steel. The blue fluorescence allows for easy visual or automated bond-line inspection under low-intensity black light (365 nm), supporting high manufacturing quality standards.

With no solvents added, low odor, and full compliance with RoHS and ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, MD® 1181-M is a versatile solution trusted by medical engineers for performance, safety, and efficiency.
