1040-M | UV Adhesive

Dymax MD® 1040-M is a high-performance, medical-grade UV/visible light-curable adhesive formulated for fast, reliable bonding, potting, and encapsulation of medical devices and electronic components. Designed for 365 nm LED curing, this solvent-free adhesive offers low water absorption, strong adhesion, and excellent resistance to repeated autoclave sterilization. Ideal for medical device assembly, sensors, electronics, PCBs, surgical instruments, and endoscopic equipment.
