Indium SAC305 Solder Wire is a lead-free solder alloy designed for electronics assembly and precision soldering applications requiring dependable solder joint performance and process reliability. SAC305, also identified by Indium as Indalloy® 256, features a Sn96.5/Ag3.0/Cu0.5 alloy composition with a melting range of 217–220°C.

SAC305 is one of the most widely used lead-free solder alloys in electronics manufacturing due to its balanced mechanical performance, thermal fatigue resistance, and strong wetting characteristics. The alloy is commonly used in medical electronics, PCB assembly, prototype development, and high-reliability soldering applications requiring dependable thermal and mechanical performance.
