Product Overview
Dymax MD® 215-CTH-UR-SC is a high-performance, LED-curable adhesive specifically engineered for catheter assembly and bonding of hard-to-adhere plastics. It features Dymax Encompass® technology, combining See-Cure® (blue-to-clear visual cue) with Ultra-Red® fluorescing dye for in-line inspection under black light. This innovative formula allows manufacturers to confirm adhesive placement and verify cure integrity quickly and easily.
Ideal for use in medical device manufacturing environments requiring speed, precision, and performance, MD® 215-CTH-UR-SC cures rapidly under LED light at 385 nm and delivers excellent adhesion to Nylon 12, PEBA, PET, and other catheter-grade materials. Its solvent-free, one-part formulation enhances workplace safety and supports cleanroom processing.
This medical-grade adhesive supports both manual and automated dispensing systems, reduces material waste, and increases production throughput. Compliant with RoHS and ISO 10993 biocompatibility standards, it is a trusted choice for manufacturers seeking long-lasting, reliable catheter bonds.
